Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of access to the Duamilk service ("the Service") operated by VT Software Limited.

Your statutory cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the United Kingdom have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content and request a full refund, provided that you have not started to download or stream the digital content.

When you waive the right to cancel

Because Duamilk is supplied as digital content that becomes immediately available after purchase, by completing the checkout and ticking the box confirming you wish access to begin immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose the statutory right to cancel once you start using the Service.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory right, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase where:

• the Service has been substantially unavailable due to a fault on our side;
• a duplicate or accidental charge has been made; or
• the product was materially not as described.

How to request a refund

Please email [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase and the order reference. We will reply within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
