These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Duamilk website and service available at duamilk.com ("the Service"), operated by VT Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 2598775 with its registered office at Gable House, 18-24 Turnham Green Terrace, London, W4 1QP, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain the protection of their local mandatory law.

2. The Service

Duamilk provides browser-based AI photo editing tools, including object removal, background removal, image upscaling and image enhancement. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn from time to time.

3. Purchase and price

Access to the full Service is provided in return for a one-off payment of £15, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices on the website prevail at the time of order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.

4. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under them. You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to upload, process or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, depicts a real person without their consent in a way that may cause harm, or breaches applicable laws including the Online Safety Act 2023, the Data Protection Act 2018 or the Equality Act 2010.

6. Consumer rights and our liability

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
